Strelnikov A.N. is

• the director of the diagnostic centre of development "Crystal";
• the director of Moscow office of International Institute of Psychology and Management;
• the scientist of N.M.Emanuel Institute of Biological Physics of Russian Academy of Sciences (laboratory of biochemical physics of antioxidants and geroprotectors);
• the author of 2 inventions and a number of scientific articles;
• Strelnikov A.N. carries out research activities in the field of gerontology and psychology.

Since 2001 till 2004 Strelnikov A.N. was the head of several projects under the direction of the Ministry of Labour and social development of the Russian Federation. Within these projects psychological and pedagogical examination of children who had got into difficult living situations and physically challenged children was carried out.
